MOST tools have one built in, but for mw2 and mw3 you can use sharks gamer tag changer, but if you put what game you want to host on it would help a little more.

normally the tool or mod menu should have a thing saying pre-game gamertag, but im sure you can download something.

Ok next question, when i buy the rgh does it already come with a tool?

no you have to put menus on them and connect it to for EX XBLHammer.

Well i think ur a little mistaken, a tool is something that connects to your JTAG/RGH through your interment connection so it actually goes on your computer. All new games are "tools" that you can get a menu or infections/mods online. A menu is for mw2/cod4 or GTA (yeah one new game) and its a .dll or .menu file that you put into the games folder on your console. You might have no idea what I'm talking about now, but you will when you get the console and start to learn.

you just need to find a tool that has the in game gamertag editing in it. most good tools have it

Yeah most programs for newer games go through the PC, to be more precise, Xbox Neighborhood. If you want to get the basics down before you get the console I recommend you look up XXModdedWarfareXX on youtube, his JTAG Tutorials are very informative.
