I know the best cream you put it on and rub it in for a min then wash it off right after it works well trust me but it's like 30 for a bottle of it

The "spots" you are talking about is acne, it is very common for teens.

Just keep your face washed and don't let the hair stay on your face as it will get the oils on your face.

What I do sometimes when washing my face is get some bacon soda and mix it with the soap and then rub it on my face and it helps as well.

Try clean and clear mate its working for me you can get it at tesco or walmart if your american lol
