step 1:download the tool
step 2:set the xex file as a plugin if your friend does not know what a plugin is or how to set it he needs to go and sell his rgh
step 3:go on bo2
step 4:connect too your console then your good

Ok since I didn't understand your plugins change them to this order with THESE EXACT ones

1. XBDM.xex
2. (Stealth plugin)
3. Jrpc
4. xrpc
5. rpc

3-5 doesn't matter the order


Then make sure your buddy has neighborhood and that it is able to be hooked up to the console.
