I would say just to not show up to work and go late.
That would make you boss made and he would most likely fire you.

You don't want to leave on a bad note because you can use this job as a reference on other job applications.

Why cant you quit? You can always quit.

If you want another job, it's better to quit on good terms then be fired.
If you're fired you can't really use it as a reference.

I think I'm going to just keep turning up late I did today and he seemed pretty mad which made me happy

Rub your butt on stuff that works with food places anyway other places might look at you funny.
