I have the os, monitor, keyboard and mouse and I just need the build. My budget is $550 US dollars. I will be playing games such as dayz, arma 3 and elder scrolls.

Not really, Sanctyy's build is the best your gonna get pretty much.

What I suggested is a better all round build. You could drop the SSD and 8GB RAM for 4GB RAM. Use the extra for a better GPU, or better GPU and PSU. Then add an extra 4GB RAM and an SSD later. Although, what I suggested will be fine. The R9 280 is a great card and there are better PSU's, but the CX430 will do the job. If you're not going to overclock the G3258, swap the Z97 chipset motherboard for a B85 chipset board. Although, I'd really recommend OC'ing the Pentium.
