CPU is fine for now, PSU is fine. RAM is also fine, as is the HDD. Your GPU comes in between the R7 250X and R7 260 performance wise. I'd upgrade GPU soon if I was in your position.

For now, I'd get rid of that case fo' sho', not really any need to upgrade motherboard if I'm honest. If it were me, I wouldn't bother upgrading the mobo unless I was switching to Intel. Also, it may be beneficial to add an SSD.

I'll give you 3 options;

1st one has the best GPU, but no SSD or anything else.

2nd has a perfectly fine GPU with an SSD.

3rd has an SSD and upgrade to Intel. Although, keep in mind, you don't really have to swap to Intel since your CPU is fine. Although, you'd also have to add a better GPU in the future. The Pentium does beat the FX-6300, especially when overclocked and you could upgrade to an i7 when you have more cash. It's up to you whether you would rather swap from AMD to Intel and have more upgrade options or just upgrade GPU(and possibly add an SSD) for now. With the 3rd option, you'd have £120 left over which you could save to upgrade GPU with.

The S340 is a very nice case and I'd get it myself if I didn't already have a great case.
