no not at the moment. Its a server based game so every little thing to moving a wall or buying gems is synced in seconds.
No way to hack.

I heard there is a way to play offline and do whatever but no way to carry it to the online version

There is currently no way of 'hacking' without Jailbreaking. There are quite a few exploits with JailBreak tho such as Project PEKKA. I strongly recommend JailBreaking as it allows so much more and if you dont like it simply reset your device... If you need help jailbreaking PM me!
