I have windows 7, keyboard mouse and monitor
Please Include optical drive and the fractal design define r4 case in this build
I will be using this for gaming and editing

It's slightly over budget but if you want to be below your budget swap out the 16gb of ram for 8gb and add more later if you feel it is needed.

Why not a i7 4770K Which is the same price and he said Gaming and "Editing".
