you do not have to play a certain play list. My clan plays HCKC and we already have gold tags. If it is like any of the last cod, you have to have a minimum of 3 clan members playing together AND WIN to get exp. the more you have in your party the more you get per win. Also, try having your clan tags on

clan bonus is only during clan wars. If your clan owns a node then you get bonus xp for that game mode only. Once you cap that node, then and only then will you see a bonus.

Also, just becuase your clan is not leveling up doesnt mean it is not getting exp. Have you been keeping track of the actual clan xp and not just the level?

have you compared the two different clan stats reports of the app vs in game?
I usually just look in game because (at least recently) the in game clan page seems to be more accurate then what the crappy app shows.
