sorry bout being a pain in the ass but im stuck at level 15 right now and cant even join into a game because the game keeps showing a pop up show and disappearing so even if i get into a lobby its impossible to play u said youd figure out whats wrong and fix it and get it all sorted out as soon as you got new KVs which i waited patiently even set PMs because you said thats how you handle account related problems and you havent answered me there i tend to hold people to their word and your word is pretty lousy as of right now i understand things happen but you got new KVs over 5 hours ago from what you posted and u said "you'll get around to my accout" now i know u used the gift card i gave you to pay for the service and you attempted the service and it completely fu*ked my character... and now its impossible to play... man come on fix one account at a time..

How bout you finish the account you promised youd fix that you Completely messed up how bout that you were supposed to on monday/tuesday and never did and completely ignored me the last 2 1/2 days. Like i said and sent you a message about it my account is in an unplayable state... When do you play to fix that when you said "you would 2 days ago when you got new KVs" my patientence is really wearing out since i havent been able to play for 2 weeks going on 3.. Thanks........

I am not sure why you are trying to down the service and put words in my mouth, but I PM'ed you about the matter.
I do not like taking conversations from PM to the thread as client matters should always be discussed via PM, however I must respond for obvious reasons.
I had not messed anything up on the account like you claimed. Everytime you message me you put words in my mouth as well and claim I say things when I clearly do not as all the messages are quoted. Any further messages should be taken to PM, but I am not sure why you are trying to make me and the service look bad and have to lie about me messing things up and me lieing about saying things when I clearly have not.
