Contact activision support and get more details about it. They wouldn't just ban you for playing their game too much. That's just stupid.

Just been onto support for both Microsoft and Sledgehammer, nothing has happened to resolve the issue I've just given up. Just gonna leave it till the 15 when I'm unbanned, 14 day ban for no reason!
