I had this problem them on my Xbox One so I put a 3TB HDD in my PS4 ahaha. You'll need to buy a USB 3.0 external drive to get more space, it's pathetic really.

the only good thing about using the external drive you don't loose your internal space, if you add 2tb you have 2.5tb unlike ps4 you have to replace the drive, and you loose that initial 500gb
