Hi
How can I play audio from my PC through the speakers instead of my headset? I recently purchased a DH-878 Stereo Headset, and it plays all audio through the ear phones. I want it so that game/general audio from my PC plays through my speakers, but any Skype audio plays through the headset. How can I do this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Correct me if im wrong but the only way to do that is to take the headphone jack out of your PC. You can also try setting your speakers as the default audio device in sound settings in the control panel but im not sure if that works.

Right-click the volume icon in the notification area on the taskbar, click "Playback devices", select the output device you want, and click the "Set default" button. No need to disconnect anything.

Select the speakers as your default audio device as root said above.

To get Skype audio playing through your headset, go into Tools > Options. Click on Audio Settings and select your headphones from the Speakers drop-down list.
