Just recently finished Tokyo Ghoul season 1 and LOVED IT! So I decided to do some research and learned Season 2 starts on January 9th. The way it ended for me was a giant cliffhanger which I hate. Post your thoughts on the anime, but if you spoil anything please use the spoiler text box.

i cant wait for this to come out i had a great time watching he first season and now that he is overpowered ASF this is going to be great.

Likewise, i have started reading the manga and it gets so crazy cant wait to see it animated.

Definitely one of the better animes this year. I'm really excited for the new season! If you haven't yet read the manga it's amazing.

I know what you mean thats what I heard but I know the first episode indeed will be cannon from this article.
