So usually like f4 opens prayerbook and f5 inv and stuff like that on windows 8 it dosnt work just a load of crap opens up is there a way to fix this?

Depending on some keyboards you can hold down the "FN" key for ten seconds and it will cause it to lock allowing you to use your hotkeys for RuneScape.

it works if i hold fn but it will not lock
