Thanks but so many would consider me slow only getting 30 seconds.

I've been cubing for about a month now and my average time is like a minute so I wish I could get 30 secconds.
best way to cut down on time is to learn new pll's and oll's and a lot of practice.

Back when I used to be really into it, my best time for 3x3 was 22.6 on a mat on a dayan zhanchi. This post reminded me I need to get back into it. Anybody know how to Roux method?

roux for me was ridiculously hard to learn..

i could never match up the corners correctly and if i did, it took me FOREVER.

advanced cross, f2l, oll, pll, maybe some colls and zbls, are some basic speed cube techniques.

roux is super hard for me, so fuuuuck that xD

That's what many think, but there is a beginners method. I remember getting excited about sub 2 minute.
