The original voice was from Kira . L and near also had a form of it but they both had different tones.

I use Audacity and made a Macro through voice attack to automatically convert my voice into this

I think this is all optional some people like romance while others like action. I think a good anime is any kind of anime that has good character development and allot of action!

Because American "Cartoons" have gotten really ridiculous. I mean Clarence, Uncle Grandpa, Steven Universe, Teen Titans Go!, Gravity Falls, Sanjay and Craig. These shows are so stupid and childish, there is no real meaning to them. In Anime, most shows are targeted at Young Adults and some even Adults. They can be serious. They can tell a clear story.
