Do you have a reason for mATX? Do you need a small form factor rig or would you just prefer it, are you bothered about size? Will you be overclocking CPU or not, or are you not bothered? Do you need kb+mouse? What monitor do you have(just wondering)?

This would work case can be of course changed its a Matx small form factor case which does look quite nice.
Edit: you could also invest in a nice quieter heat sink.

I just like the idea of the smaller case, i think it will look better on my desk. and i kinda want a watercooler but its not needed, i have a keyboard and mouse.

Well, you never answered my question about overclocking so I'm assuming that's a no. If you're not overclocking, stock cooler will be absolutely fine.

NewEgg is a pain in the tits so I'm going to use PCPP. If I were to get an mATX rig for around $800 excluding GPU, I'd be getting this;

The EVOLV is a beautiful case, though the Node 804 is also a beautiful case and comes a close 2nd to the EVOLV, personally.

You could save money by grabbing a non-modular PSU. If you don't care for the 8 threads offered with the Xeon, swap it for an i5-4440. If you did this, you could swap the 256GB SSD for the 512GB model.

Yeah, it is pretty ridiculous. A lot of people face the right side of their case away from the as well so it's quite inconvenient. The front I/O placement is my only dislike about the EVOLV though and personally, I would still take it over the Node 804 tbh. Node 804 is a beautiful case regardless. I almost went with a mini-ITX build in it's smaller brother, the 304 with a G3258 but decided against it.
