Do any of you believe Cordale can play in the NFL? Or that he made the right decision in staying at OSU?

I'm sure he can play in the NFL, but not as a starter. Whether he were to get drafted this year or next year, I think he should start out as a backup for about 1-2 seasons.

As someone as ESPN said "when you win the lottery, you cash it in". I think he should have gone to the draft because no one knows if he will even start next year (Braxton Miller and JT Barrett), so I think he should have gone just because. Would he have been ready? Not at all.

If he wins the starting job at OSU, expect to see him a first rounder instead of the 2-4th rounder he would have been if he went this year.

I think he would've been drafted as a backup but he has the size and tools to be a starter in the NFL in the future. I think that he will have a good chance of starting next season because his only competition at QB should be JT Barrett. Miller can't throw the football that well so I believe he will have to move to a new position. I believe in the tie in camp goes to the upperclassman and Jones is the upperclassman so Barrett will probably have to sit behind him. After next season, I think Jones declares to the draft and Barrett will start again his junior season.

But if I were Jones, I'd go to the NFL. He won't be a top pick but he has the ability to virtually get picked up by any team in the league since he'd be drafted second or third round. He could then develop behind a good QB and then take the job in the future.

Braxton isn't going to stay at Ohio State in the first place. He knows that he isn't going to win the competition. He is going to transfer, and he'll be instantly eligible. Expect him to be at either FSU, Oregon, or Oklahoma State.
