I was getting ticked off when my xbox 360 kept turning off by it's self so I accidently pushed the button kimd of hard and it went deeper in then usual but not that much. I can still turn it on but I keep lagging ever since that happened! I have a xbox one too but my 360 has some of my good games on it please help how is this possible

You pressing the button too hard has nothing to do with your internet speed. Make sure that no one else is on the internet or you are not using lots of it with steams or anything, and try again.

Lagg has nothing to do with your Xbox, it's about your internet connection...
