Hi I need some help, i know very little about gaming or building computers and their parts.

I would like to run Rome total war 2, BF4, WoW on it at medium to high settings.

Things that I need:
It needs to be cool and quiet when under load so a liquid cooled board would be nice.
I do not care at all about the looks only the hardware and game playability, so cutting the eye candy is mandatory.
All prices need to be in CAD$.
I do not need a hdd/ssd, CD burner/player or an O.S either.
I can spend 200$ CAD (extra budget)on a nice monitor.

Thank you for reading hoping for some help soon.

Will you overclock and do you need a monitor in the 1300 budget?

You could move some stuff about, sacrifice a little and maybe afford a nice 1440p panel if you went a little over budget.

SLI- That PSU isn't very good though, that's one of the G1 units which aren't as good as the G2's Also, 650W should be enough for a 4790k and SLI 970s but I'd recommend at least a 700W PSU for SLI 970s, for safety.

He didn't need HDDs, so you could squeeze in a i7, but its not really needed. Good build though .

Under your budget of 1500 (w/monitor). Can change the case if you want, I just chose a simple, nice looking case that I've used in the past.

O wait. If you don't need storage, you could probably get a 1440p panel within budget, Gimme a minute.

1440p panel and the rig still looks baller. Easily add another 970 in SLI if you wish. Spend a little extra to get the NZXT S340, NZXT H440 or Fractal Design Define R5 instead of the Bitfenix Comrade if you wish.
