Not true. A feminist is a person who supports feminism which is the advocacy of women's rights on the grounds of political, social, and economic equality to men.

But, OP...this lady was not a feminist as a woman having/maintaining/doing her job would go along with feminism and you asking nicely for cream is not and should not be an issue.

You're misinterpreting my words. Aiming for social, political and economic equality for women to men would mean making the genders equal (the exact point I was trying to make).

Perhaps you thought I was suggesting that feminism was also concerned with empowering men to positions in which females are positively discriminated. That's the only thing I think you could have thought (my fault for lazy wording) because you told me the point I'd raised was wrong then corrected it with the same point but with another wording..

My sister is a feminist. She would of said the same thing as what the woman OP talked about. She thinks woman are superior than men and she thinks 99% of men are thieves, rapists, and murderers. She also said woman should not date guys and should only date woman because all guys cheat and beat their wife/girlfriend.
I know not all feminists are like that but a lot are.

There certainly are people who believe in female dominance and go about this under the lable feminism/feminist. They bring about a very negative image for a movement in which the crazy people make up around 5%. It's a shame that the movement will be known for the extremists who misinterpret it, rather than the positive ideals it aims to impose.

So in summation, the crazy, men-hating, female superiority people aren't feminists but rather idiots, falsely claiming to be feminists.

Misandry > Feminism
There is quite a distinction.
