Well there's some issues.

The logo's aren't logos, they're avatars.
And most of those don't look very good.
They're generic, and look effortless to me.

The banners on the other hand, all look pretty good to me.
I like most of those.

Now, in the case of your portfolio presentation itself...
Having images of girls as the thumbnails is a little unprofessional...
But worse, then they're not even attractive girls haha.
