Alright.
So I found a solution to my last problem, so I have a different question.

I have this image that I created using two layers.
One is the bottle
One is the star

Now, I'd like to have the bottle fit into the lower corner of the star.

Kinda how this gun part is set into the circle of this image

Now I just want the lower end, not the whole thing.
How would I do this?

I think that is pretty easy to do in Photoshop, but I'm not familiar with Pixlr. Maybe you can show us what you got so far an we can add them effects.

That would be great, but I didn't get far because I was more focused on figuring out these effects before I made the Actual image

Photoshop makes it really easy. The is one box you click on called outer glow that make the object in that layer have an outer glow. also if you has a stock image of them white lines you just lay them on top of layers you want to have line and pick overlay option.

That's what I was thinking of doing with the while lines. Only issue is finding it.
