An image revealed showed a shadowy man standing in front of Scollay Square, a popular seafood restaurant on Beacon St. in Boston, Massachusetts. This confirms that some of the game will at least take place in Boston. In fact, we don't really have any information, as Bethesda is likely saving up the juiciest details for later this month at E3 in Los Angeles; the publisher will be hosting its very own E3 keynote for the first time this year. We do know that it's coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One
Here is Fallout 4's and Bethesda's official websites which shows the trailer also :

Updated - Some/All of this game is going to be held in some areas of Boston post nuclear war, view the thread for more info.
