Uhmm, You need to eat a really good, full breakfast in the morning. Most,if not all, Blood Drives will have food after your done. Really good, sugary foods, b/c after giving a pint of blood (how much they take) you need alot of sure, as you only have 7 pints of blood (i think). But yeah, Eat in the morning, then eat after. Then take it easy the next couple of days and you'll be good as new!

How i know this? My Highschool is doing this for Service Learning

Thanks, Rep me if this helped?

You don't really need to recover as such. It leave you just feeling a little bit drowsy and cold.
