I recently got a werewolf bite and learned that you could morph into either a pack leader (white) or Berserk (black) werewolf. I read you had to max it out and I think I did. I got to level 10 werewolf but it hasn't said anything about IV. Could someone explain how to get to werewolf IV or the process or something?

click guide then click black and white werewolf


Gaining EXP will level your transformation skill thus being able to morph it. I find it quickly goes up if your a lower level.
