Its pretty stupid who ever made up the "hate crime laws" cause if a black guy hits a white guy its not but its the other way around its a hate crime which is stupid in my book where both human beings we shouldn't have charges like that

Never applied to me when a fight started. people from different race and religion have fights all the time where i live no one classes it as Racist is just a fight at the end of the day and normally would not label it as "Racism" because a White person hits a Black person" or the other way round then its a Fight BUT If the fight starts over hate/verbal abuse etc.. towards the other race or religion then it is racism crime but a "fight is a fight"

But if a White does say one Word out of place that could be taken as offensive towards the other person and then would most probably get classed as "Racism"/"Hate" crime

i agree mate, often in today's society we tend to neglect laws associated with racism. Im not a racist person but i do often find that people can get done for racism if its against someone of a different colour (usually black) whereas if it towards a white person its not racism. if a black person is hit but a white person its seen as racism but the other way around its not.

we need to sort out the modern day stereotypes, they need to see is there a reason he hit the black man? maybe the black man threatened him or his family etc.

Racism has gone full circle in society !.
And ..
Racism is now a weapon that everybody except the white man can use to win an argument.

The main thing with it is that people will fight regardless, although you would see more white people discriminating against black for their skin tone than in the reverse roles.

Either way, both sides are stupid for fighting in the first place.
