Figured i would try find out whats going on with it so i went in the xbox live chat
I said to the guy about the free trial not working and he said the system has cancelled the trial but it did work for a couple seconds
He went on to say that it is an issue with the system
So there is a slight chance that it isn't patched
Oh i also got this it might help alot of people out

He did give me a code but i don't know if once i redeem the code it will be cancelled or the account i redeem it on will be locked so if you are going to try this yourself please proceed with caution
