That's very true but just looking at this and how bad the reviews are I can't see this being "good" at all it might not be the worst thing though

I knew it was not going to be that great.
Just by the front cover.

I am not racist at all but to make a film that originally Susan Storm
and Human Torch were brother and sister and they aren't made no sense
to me AT ALL.

Why make it multi-race movie when it was not originally?

I disliked that they were "Kids" I do not remember them ever being kids.

The cast overall was good but Fox failed on this in my eyes. BTW this is my OWN opinion.

This is easily one of the slowest paced movies I've ever watched.
The ending of the film feels like it should be the half way point.
It's called the Fantastic 4 because they're supposed to be a team with chemistry, banter, fun, taking digs at each other. Most of the film they're not focused on one another or they're completely separated from each other.

Something happens in the middle of the film involving Reed which isn't explained at all.
The romance between Reed and Sue is completely forced while barely even existing.
Johnny makes around 3 jokes the entire movie and says 'Flame on' once.
Ben's 'It's clobberin time!' was forced out of nowhere, the entire film he's set up as this depressed kid who grows up with an abusive family, then all of a sudden he gets a sense of humour? What?
The worst part is that Reed Richards, the smartest man in the Marvel universe is constantly outsmarted by Victor.
The final fight scene lasts about 5 minutes and there are absolutely no stakes in it. So much of the film takes places hidden away in government facilities that you don't care about the world outside it.
You don't care about any regular people in the final act.

This entire film is a set up for the sequel. They could have done it right like The Avengers, but no they went full on Batman and Robin.


I saw it last night and this is exactly what I thought about it.

I went to go see this movie a couple of days ago.. It is so boring lmao. There is literally like 5-10 minutes of action in the whole movie! I was so close to falling asleep during this movie.. But my gf kept waking me up

I heard that it was awful as well. I didn't think it was going to be bad but I guess it is.
