The K model processor you only really need if you plan on overclocking
Also theres no price on the card on PCPP?

The 380X is essentially a rebranded 280X with an increase in VRAM and clock speed, so it wouldn't be a huge jump; just thought they were similarly priced so would make sense to get the newer one if you're building new.
Since you've already got it there's no point upgrading
