Hello, I'm looking for a computer than can run cs go on max settings. I'll be using it for school also. I have a budget of around 5-600USD. I have a monitor, mouse and keyboard. I will need an operating system. I'm open to anything, I just want to play cs go and be able to run it without any hesitations. Thank you for reading.

If I decide to play anything else in the future, like fallout 4, can I play it on low or medium settings?

You should be able to play it on high-ish setting on maybe about 40-50 FPS. You could always get a new GPU, but it shouldn't be needed unless you want to go to a higher resolution.
