32GB RAM is ridiculously unnecessary. Setting a budget for a motherboard, but not CPU, is stupid, since both will need to be upgraded anyway. You could just grab an FX-8320 or something, but wouldn't be worth it IMO, your next logical upgrade is either Skylake now, or wait for Zen/Kaby Lake. Regardless of which you go for, of those 3, you'll need to upgrade to DDR4 RAM.

You shouldn't be getting 50FPS in CS:GO.

Don`t need a budget on the CPU since i`m getting an I5. I have a 550W PS and don`t wanna just get a 150W upgrade if i`m having to come out of pocket to upgrade. cause people are saying my I5 and GPU want work on a 550W so ill just get a 850w. I`m wanting to get something that will last so if I want to upgrade past 16GB of ram I can without having to buy another 100$ motherboard to even consider upgrading. I have a crap computer I don`t want to waste money on an SSD when I can`t run games at 1080P yet even with a 300$ card.

Just because you're getting an i5, doesn't mean you don't have a budget? If you're set on a 6600k and Z170 board or something, you could probably get a Skylake Xeon and mb with less features for about the same price. We don't know what i5 you decided on anyway, so we can't suggest anything. Wattage is irrelevant, it's the quality that matters. I'm sure you've heard "quality over quantity" before, it's no different when it comes to PSU's. 550W is more than enough for an i5 and a single 970. An i5 is going to be more efficient than your FX-6300, so I'm not sure how your current PSU would be fine now, but not with a more efficient CPU? Makes zero sense. A good quality 650W PSU means you have loads of head room, and can add a 2nd 970 in to the rig, at any point, as long as your motherboard has SLI support. It's easy enough to upgrade to 32GB RAM. It's hard to find motherboard that won't support 32GB RAM, unless they only have 2 DIMM slots, but again, 32GB RAM is still going to be absolutely unnecessary IMO. 16GB would be more than sufficient. The reason I only get less than 60 FPS is because my other parts can`t handle my GPU and its bottle necking it.

A 6300 won't bottleneck a 970. Ask Zayev n Jonesyy. If you really want to upgrade now, grab a Skylake i5 or something, and some DDR4 RAM. Honestly though, at this point, I'd just wait for Kaby Lake or Zen. Both should be out next year.

There's still absolutely no need for an 850W unit. A nice 650W unit would be more than enough to give you room for another 970, if you wish to add a 2nd at any point. Assuming you get a mobo with SLI support at some point.

Bioshock Infinite tho.

Bioshock Infinite, and maybe SoM are the only two games I see it being any real issue in. I'd personally hold on to the 6300 for now, and wait for Kaby Lake, or Zen. As I said though, if OP is adamant on upgrading right now, I'd suggest just taking the hit and going with Skylake.

Get a new CPU and you do not need 32GB of RAM unless you are editing videos.

Those Benchmarks are whack, I got 60FPS with a 270X and my 6300 maxed...
