Yes you will as it is against EA's ToS. Don't know about sites if you were to go ahead with it.

You can get banned for buying coins but it doesn't mean you will, I wouldn't recommend it though.

I have bought coins every year since FIFA 13. I haven't bought THAT much, around 1 million per game and I'm yet to be banned.

Let's just say you'd be very unlucky if you did.

From what i've seen and heard around the forum, i am yet to see one person be banned form buying coins.
