So to get started, you need to have some decent players who actually know what they are doing.
I mean if you have 1-2 player that haven't even prestiged yet, and have no usefull guns availble you are pretty much screwed.
So when ever you are picking your team, make sure the players have gun skills, and they have a mic because you must be able to communicate otherwise it just wont work out.

So when ever you got your team, its very importent everyone communicate with eachother.
If you die, call out the location so the rest of the team knows where the enemy is.

Lets start with Weapons:
When ever you pick your weapon in the start, its importent you use some thing thats make alot of damage, and you are able to run fast with.
because you need to take control of the enemy fast.
So use either Assualt riffles or Sub machine guns

Specialist:
Ripper - This is the Ultimate specialist for this gamemode.
You need that scorestreak fast so if you got the ball, and run in the enemy's house with the ripper then you will get it in no time.
Combat Focus - You need them scorestreak fast so this is a good specialist to use aswell.

Scorestreaks:
UAV - It all make sence you need the enemy's location at any time.
Guardian- this streak is the most IMPORTENT scorestreak, this is the one that make them trapped so it mostly like a must!.
3rd streak - you can use what you personally like, but not the scorestreak listed under banned streaks

Banned streaks(DO NOT USE THESE!)
-Raps
-Talon
-Wraith(if you do, dont place it in there spawn)
-G.I unit
-Mothership

So in the start of the game its importent the team spread out on the map.
i made a overview of the map so you can see, how you should spread out in the start.
To take the control over the map faster.
the black lines are how you should spread out from both sides.

So to trap the enemy completely, you will need guardians like i said under the scorestreaks.
i made a overview map of nuketown where you can see where you have to place the guardians, where you have to stand and where the enemy spawns.
If you do this right you will easy get 100+ kills even over 200 and that what we all want.
