I say go for it. The longer you wait the more attached you're gonna get, and if she says no at that point then you will be a lot more upset than you will be if you did it right now.

As soon you ask her out, and she denies you. There really is no going back to the friendship you have now. Friendships tend to last longer than relationships. So you choose what's more important to you. I doubt any of us can give you reliable advice that make you choose the right decision. If you truly love her and you think she feels the same back then go for it by all means. If not, then don't bother.
