I have just got into division 1 and my team just couldn't cope. It played horrendous and i need a new team.

this is the team i'm thinking of building but the teams i have built recently just haven't been able to compete in division 1 and the last time i remember playing comfortably was with a 41212:

anyways... could someone improve this team or possibly build me a new team that can actually compete against solid opponents.

I would only replace Kompany with Otamendi.
