Depending on how the relationship ends obviously, does the friend have to hate you if it ends? Why would someone be mad if their good friend dates their sister or whatever? Do you not like the person enough for that? If not, why are you friends? It's weird to me. Since there apparently is some odd thing about dating a friend's sister, I'd say you should think it over. It is worth losing the friend? Maybe you and her talk to him about it or something (which would also be weird in my opinion.) As long as you aren't garbage towards her, do what you feel is right.
