I have had my xbox one for a little over a year and it just recently started as quite a few of my friends as well. Does anyone else have this problem? It happens after long periods of gaming 7+ hours. We restart them and it's fine for a couple hours. It's like a horrible FPS drop and it's really annoying. Any fix?

Same has been happening to me man even in my friends custom games it says my ping goes from 30-50 all the way to 200+ i have been searching for a way to fix it but have not found anything if you find something that fixs it plz help

I lag a lot as well but I feel it's just connection based, although mine may be a different circumstance since mine lags after 30 minutes or so.

The give your ISP a call as the problem is not with the Xbox One itself it's your internet provider slowing you down as your connection is using too much bandwidth.

My ping stays around 40 and below. Like I can be playing forza offline and my console just lags itself. Trying to open home and snap friends list it just freezes and goes really slow. I called my internet provider before about lag and they came.change my some stuff and its been perfect just on Xbox one.

Go to network settings advance settings then alternate mac address if that doesn't work try connecting your xbox to your modem or router

Could the bandwidth throttling be why I get abt 13 Mbps but only 3-2 on my Xbox one?
