Just need some quick advise from you guys that play COD a lot since i dont play that much anymore so i think a community of answers and opinions would help me and my brother out a lot.
RIght, I know this may sound strange but hear me out, my 12 year old brother has been watching me play COD since i first started out on COD WaW, so over the years he has clearly grown to love the game because he legit watched me 24/7 while i played up until he was around 7 when MW2 was released and he started to play split screen against me and he got his own xbox with the game.
I could never understand why he would play so much offline call of duty against bots and a split screen AFK but what he was doing was pretty clever he was just teaching himself everything about the game until it got to the point on MW3 where he first started to play decent online and it shocked me at the age of 8.
I didnt really take notice of his COD playing until our cousin hopped into a game with him who was at the COD championships last year and he was telling me and my dad how good my brother was so he was 10 at this time so around the B02/CODG time.
So now we are deep into BO3 and hes just turned 12.... So 6 years he has been playing and destroying grown men and kids online being that annoying squeaker at the top of the lobby leaderboard which was funny to watch, his current stats are:
KD: 2.10 (before trying to get dark matter)
KD now 1.94 (dark matter done)
Level master prestige 100+ (took him 5 days 14 hours)
AVGSm 470+ (i think will update when on xbox)
He's 12....

He also tried to beat optic Scumps master prestige time when he was 9/10 on BO2 and did by 3 hours...
He's only going to get better with age... i honestly dont know any other 12 year old with stats even close to those of my brother... He was talking to me on xbox the other day telling me his class mates KD's and one was 0.14 and it had taken the kid 14 hours to get to level 45... wtaf... What should we do?
I want him to start streaming most if not all of his COD gameplay on twitch and use facecam so people can see that his stats and playing ability isnt fake and that he is just a 12 year old with COD tekkers...

Let me know what you guys think? No hate if you just gonna say hes a typical no life 12 year old then dont... hes actaully top of his class in most subjects....

I think its great that he has found something that he is good at, at a young age and something he enjoys but there is so much more to life than video games at that part of your life. I personally think he should take some breaks and go outside or play some sports because if he is just playing videos games then his social skills wont be very good for when its time to make friends in school and such.
That is just my personal opinion because I have seen kids identical to this description.

Been playing call of duty since call of duty three, I've been around for a long time, I've done it all from streaming to youtube to teams to starting teams etc etc. I was successful in all so I know what I'm on about.
I agree with the above comment saying theres more to life than video games for a 12 year old. I'm a sport mad person, I like to stay fit, so I would strongly disagree with a twelve year old playing 24/7.
However, he obviously has an extreme talent. So personally, I'd recommend pursuing this idea. (I'll support you along the way if you want) I don't know of any kids his age with his talent doing what you're talking about, how ever moderation is very important. Don't burn the kid out, keep him healthy, make sure he has other hobbies etc.
Like I said, more than happy to help and this is a really cool idea. Wish you the best of luck.
