I can stay up all times of the night, I will always wake up between 8-10 in the morning. I dont like alarms. The sounds are just annoying.

I have an alarm to get up for work. When it's not on (say the weekend or whatever), my body clock is pretty stuck to when my alarm goes off and I will naturally wake up up to half an hour before or after.

I can sleep in until 10am depending on when I go to sleep. I never sleep past 11:30am though. Nearly impossible for me to for some reason. So I guess I have a mental alarm clock. Still use the alarm on my phone though.

Don't need an alarm when you don't sleep
