No no fresh kvs I did cash drops and played on it a lot while modding its over a month old.

New account with the steps I took did not transfer it seems like the older the account the more able you are to transfer.

Not to sure all I know an account made over a month ago modded out transferred with no problems, rather than a new account with mods did not transfer.

Honestly if they were going to patch it this makes sense to me. If you've been on last gen for a short period of time it doesn't mean as much to lose your progress and start over as the people who've been grinding for months. Now the question is if this is the case, what's the time frame lol

I agree with you there. I'm staying hopeful that its server issues still and it will be sorted out

Don't know if this relates to anything but i just made a modded account on ps3 and went to transfer it over to the xbox one and when i went to sign into the social club on xbox one i got an error message saying "The social club service is not available. Please try again later." Going to keep trying different methods and will update on any success.

Has anyone tested it today?
