This tutorial looks really good, however I can't use it because I don't have a Dazzle.
So I was wondering, does it support HDMI?
And is it compatible with Windows 7?
Thanks.

no it doesn't support HDMI only HD PVR and Blackmagic do.
But yes it is compatible with windows 7.
Dazzles are effective when you use them right though and cheap.
You should get one.
