No. Do not change the PSU. Especially not to that shitty Corsair unit. All you need with the good quality XFX unit, is an adapter, like a Molex to 6 pin PCIe cable, or a splitter.

You don't need the 500W XFX unit. The 430W unit I suggested is fine. However, that 500W XFX unit is good, it's a perfectly fine alternative and is much better than the Corsair CX500.
