What monitor are you using? Do you want to overclock, or would you rather avoid it? Do you need kb/mouse, or anything else? Any preferred colour scheme/aesthetic, if possible?

No looking to overclock if it's not necessary, no colour scheme necessary, don't need a kb or mouse and the monitor in using is Asus 144hz VG248QE.

You don't need the cooler or HDD immediately. Both of those can be added at a later date. If you want, you could get a different motherboard with SLI support and a 650W PSU so that you can have the option to add a 2nd GTX 1070 at any point. Enthoo Pro M is a good alternative case if you'd prefer that. Don't get that MSI Aero GTX 1070, blower style coolers are pretty bad, unless you're using a very compact ITX case.

If you want SLI support;
