have you messaged the modder about the problem, he should know about these things if he did the recovery for you bud, if not do some research on pc about it

You can only transfer your profile if you have under 500 mill cash, go buy a ton of cars on the 360 and get below 500 mill and you'll be fine.

U say lower than $500 mil, does rank matter?

1st off. Has this character been transferred before? If yes then unlucky as characters can only be transferred per account once.
2nd. If this is done within the time its been since the last GTA update then the accounts need 30 days to be able to transfer.
3.. If this wasn't a trusted seller why trust them to do a recovery? The "hoster" should have explained all this to you before you chose to purchase from them.
