Unfortunately Microsoft shows no leniency on the Xbox one. It was designed to deter modders of all types. That's why its yet to be cracked

It is tampering you can be banned.. However I don't know how detectable they are. Moral of the story is PLAY THE GAMES LEGIT, Cheating ruins fun for others and gives you and edge. I know we all like modding but you don't get console banned for nothing you clearly had people file complaints and ect.

Don't use a modded controller then you won't have to waste cash on consoles and accounts all the time..

I get that a console ban for a rapid fire controller is a bit over the top, but seriously after the second console ban wouldn't you have thought to stop using the controller?

If you genuinely did ring them and they specifically told you that using a rapid fire controller can cause console bans, stop using it then.

Well with the one you purchased grab the receipt and take the banned one back Im sure they dont turn it on right there and then.
