I had the Deathadder for a while and perfect and I have smaller hands
but once mine broke I switched to a steel series rival 300 and I feel like it is 100x better. It fits my hand more and is a smaller mouse in general.
But if you have more money to spend you can maybe upgrade from series 300 to something higher.

Yeah that might also be the reason since the Deathadder has that more of a curved shape other than the roundness of a normal mouse.

Logitech G600?
I replaced my R.A.T 7 with a G600 when it broke & I love it.
