Don't know how to word it but I'm upset with PayPal for the simple reason I unauthorized payments to Microsoft and they still took money from my account. I noticed this after I tried purchasing something because I thought I had money in my PayPal but they took it. Sorry to rant.

How to change default payment on Paypal?
Here's how to change your payment preferences for PayPal in-store checkout:
Log in to PayPal.
Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
Click Edit next to "Payment preferences."
Click your preferred payment method under "Paying in stores."

It's not PayPal's fault lmao.
Either you got hacked, and if the case, you can get a refund by calling them.
Or it's simply a subscription service you didn't opt out of.
Or, you or someone with access to your account (Family etc...) authorised it. PayPal don't just randomly give money to Microsoft lmao.

You'll have to word this better cause from what I gathered PayPal has done nothing wrong and you are in fault. You authorised a transaction to purchase something on PayPal without having the funds and PayPal simply went through with the transaction ( cause they do that. ) and now you're upset.
