As far as I know, this isn't possible. Even if you could get it free, it would go to the RGH console, not your console.

pretty sure this isnt possible. im sure there is a way to do it with an rgh/jtag but it is considered theft and i dont think any modder on TTG would be willing to do that for you, but i could be wrong.

This is not possible, even if a modded Spoofed MSP to download it onto your account, then your account would be banned, probably your console to.
unless you have a modified console then you cannot get free DLC.
The only glitch for this was patched 3-4 years ago and has not been possible sense.
